Rihanna Premieres Long-Awaited New Album on Tidal Streaming Service

Rihanna shared a link to the download page for her album on Twitter alongside her announcement Wednesday including a special download code sponsored by Samsung.

"Anti" finally closes the void Rihanna left after her 2012 record, "Unapologetic".

At first glance, it's clear that ANTI doesn't contain any of its rumored tracks that were released over 2015.

On related news, Rihanna's world tour kicks off in California next month.

Though for the week, "Anti" remains streaming exclusively on Tidal, Rihanna has already chosen to give away a select few free download codes (available even to non-subscribers of Tidal) through a Tweet.

Rihanna will play 70 dates across North America and Europe this year, supported by The Weeknd, Big Sean and Travis Scott.

The album was accidentally uploaded to Tidal's servers earlier this evening, giving quick-fingered fans a chance to share the tracklist and full versions of every song. Anti was initially expected to drop last May or June, but it wasn't until October when she finally released the cover art. She would offer new LPs that were supported by great single. There was no release in 2014 either making way for curious rumors. An official video clip for Rihanna's new single isn't available on YouTube yet.

Kanye is currently concentrating on his own upcoming release, which he has changed the title of for a third time, telling fans on Wednesday that it will now be called Waves. It doesn't feature any of last year's singles, including the great "Bitch Better Have My Money" (or "FourFiveSeconds" or "American Oxygen"). While "Work" may not reinvent any wheels or mark new pop territory, it's nice to hear two of pop's biggest names sound so confident in their respective lanes.
